Overview:

As a Meals on Wheels Driver, you will deliver nutritious meals to seniors and individuals with limited mobility in our community. Your friendly presence and reliable service help ensure that our clients receive the food and support they need to remain independent in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up prepared meals from the distribution site

• Deliver meals to clients along assigned routes

• Greet clients with kindness and check on their well-being

• Report any concerns or issues to program staff

• Maintain accurate delivery records

• Follow all driving and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Access to a reliable vehicle

• Friendly, dependable, and respectful demeanor

• Ability to lift and carry meal containers (up to 20 lbs)

• Commitment to client confidentiality

• Punctuality and reliability

• Fingerprint Clearance Card, we provide information on obtaining

• Pass a background check, we provide information on obtaining
