Our Services
Meals on Wheels of the White Mountains delivers nutritious meals directly to seniors in our community, ensuring everyone has access to healthy food options. Beyond meal delivery, we offer opportunities for social engagement, provide nutritional education, and connect participants with resources that promote independence and well-being. Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors—not only by delivering meals, but also by building connections and fostering lasting friendships.
We also offer a Congregate Lunch Program for eligible participants. If you do not qualify, you are still welcome to join us for lunch, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM, for just $10.00 per person.
